A more scaled back package for couples who are up for taking care of some of the details and logistics on their own. You’ll handle selecting most of your vendors, creating your budget and handling payments, and being the point person for vendor communication, while we guide you along the way. You’ll handle the big picture vision and bulk of the planning, while we come alongside you for the final months leading up to your wedding. We’ll finalize and confirm the details, confirm timelines and logistics, and keep everything running smoothly on your wedding day. Select between our 6-week and 3-month planning options.

We’ll meet for a creative direction session, craft your unique design board, and suggest rentals, vendors, and decor items to bring your vision to life. You’ll also get access to our planning binder template and 12-month checklist to keep you on track. Our clients can typically expect a response within 24 hours, if not within the same day. We know how many questions arise during the planning journey and we’re here to put your mind at ease. We invite you to lean on our expertise, knowing you’re in the most capable hands.
Thorough Organization
Think of us as your most Type A friend’s most Type A friend. Your personalized checklist, budget, timeline, floor plan, and notes will all live in your personalized online wedding planning dashboard. We promise you’ll always know where everything is and what to expect.
Your wedding deserves to be a true reflection of your love story and the life you are building together. We’ll work with you to develop creative concepts that invite your guests to an experience that feels completely true to who you are.
Creative Direction and Design
Wedding planning is full of questions. You can always count on us to have the answers!
We require a signed contract and a 25% deposit to book. Once you submit your deposit and signed contract, your date is reserved in our calendar and we can begin planning your big day! Following the deposit, there will be 3 additional installment payments with the total balance due 10 days prior to your wedding.
How do we secure your planning services for our wedding date?
It's completely your choice which vendors you work with on your wedding day. However, we strongly advise working with our team of suggested preferred vendors. These vendors are vetted and have proven track records of being reliable and producing great work. We make a special effort to recommend vendors who will fit perfectly with your vision and personality.
Do you have preferred vendors, or can we choose our own?
Yes! Our Pay It Forward program allows for wedding couples to use in-house decor free of charge! Our in house inventory ranges from gold mercury candle votives to wooden wedding day signage stands. Do you provide decor?
Of course! We carry full liability insurance and can easily provide a Certificate of Insurance to you or your wedding venue upon request. We also have a San Diego and Coronado business license.
Do you carry Event Liability Insurance and have a business license?
We offer a smaller six-week coordination package as well as consulting hours for couples who are planning on their own, but need some guidance from an expert. Consulting hours can be used to answer any questions you have, guide you through roadblocks, or make decor or vendor recommendations. Inquire through our contact form to learn more!
